Rich and Creamy Crab Artichoke Dip with a Cheesy Topping
Ingredients:
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can (8 ounces) lump crab meat, drained
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the dip.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
