Gooey Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:šŸ“‹

1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:šŸ„£

Preheat your oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and cut each biscuit in half.
Flatten each biscuit half and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
Place the cheese-filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve warm.
