Decadent Caramel Pretzel Crack Bars

2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions:šŸ„£

Preheat oven to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the mini pretzels in a single layer.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes without stirring.
Remove the caramel from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the pretzels, spreading it gently to cover all the pretzels.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the caramel is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let them sit for a few minutes until melted, then spread the chocolate evenly over the caramel layer.
Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate layer.
Allow the bars to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Once set, break into pieces and serve.
