Citrus Delight No-Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
Orange zest, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice concentrate, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool slightly before adding it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with orange zest before serving, if desired.
