One Pot Alfredo Pasta 

Ingredients 📋

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 lb fettuccine pasta
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1/2 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 🥣

In a large pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Add the fettuccine pasta to the pot, ensuring it is submerged in the liquid. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has reduced, about 12-15 minutes.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using). Continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
