Simple and Delicious Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and melted butter until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the peach slices evenly over the batter.
Sprinkle brown sugar and ground cinnamon over the peaches.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
