Quick and Easy Microwave Bread
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe mug or bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Microwave the mixture on high for 5-6 minutes, or until the bread is set and cooked through. (Microwave times may vary, so check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.)
Let the bread cool for a minute before removing it from the mug or bowl. Slice and serve as desired.
