Copycat Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large whole wheat tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend
1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the shredded lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and cheese blend among the tortillas.
Place the grilled chicken strips on top of the vegetables.
If using, drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken and vegetables.
Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
