Delicious Big Mac Pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Toppings:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup sliced pickles
Special Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain any excess fat.
While the beef is cooking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, granulated sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
Spread a generous amount of the special sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough.
Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the sauce layer.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, and sliced pickles.
Drizzle additional special sauce over the top before serving.
