Tender Slow-Cooked Steak Bites with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients:

2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
Add the steak bites to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak bites. Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
Transfer the steak bites to the crockpot and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
Add the butter to the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the steak bites are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
